Today after church, I headed to Willie’s Joint down inBuda for the November UCOA meeting. The weather was beautiful today, so we had great attendance. Clubs For Kids was there to distribute the family information to each of the clubs so we can get ready for the food and toy delivery to over 70 needy family next month for Christmas. We also heard about the other two Christmas toy runs we support, Toy Runners (Texas Baptist Childrens Home), and the Austin Toy Run (Helping Hands Home). We are having some difficulty with Austin this year, so, although the distributed flyers say to meet at Texas Mist, it is preferred that clubs just plan to ride directly to Helping hands Home as a small group. We will NOT be having a police escorted parade as in previous years. Nor details later, as they become available.
