Well, the annual Summer Sizzle was today out at the Cotton Country Club in Granger TX, and it was quite an event. The Cotton Club had plenty of room for the 300 or so bikers that attended, and the meat market from down the street sold street tacos outside on the sidewalk. The tacos were really good, and the AC inside provided a wonderful place to get out of the near 100 degree temperatures today. A water slide was setup in the park across the street for the kids, and while it wasn’t crowded with kids, those that attended had a great time. It made me wish I had brought my swimsuit. Everyone had a great time, and I’m sure this was very good business for Granger and the Cotton Country Club. If you weren’t there, what can I say, but you missed it! Oh, and did I mention that the music was spectacular, well it was!
