Being on the board of UCOA has it’s advantage, for instance, it gets me out of the house occasionally. This evening we had the UCAO Board meeting, at the Roadhouse, which coincidently was also Bike Night. I wondered if out spotty weather would interfere with bike night, but fortunately our allay drizzle seemed to have tapered off to nothing by evening, so there were lots of people there. I made my pass through, doing a little visiting before the meeting, and then headed out back around 7:30. The meeting itself was pretty uneventful, possibly because this is August, and there are few things going on besides bike nights. Anyway, we had a good time socializing.
