Once a year we have a meeting to coordinate the events held by all the clubs. If you want to have an event and you want to have everyone attend, then you better go to this meeting. It’s pretty low key actually, everyone just lets Swirv know when their event is and he puts it on the calendar. If there happens to be a conflict then it can be resolved right there. It all works pretty well. Then we all hang around and talk for a while. We had some pretty nasty weather tonight, but you can bet everyone showed up anyway, even though most (but not all) people were in a car.
