We attended two benefits today, and the first for Betty Boop of Talons MC. She is fighting cancer, and the medical bills are piling up. The benefit was held at River City Range Bar in New Braunfels, which is a fur piece from Wells Branch, but we made good time “not on the bikes”. There were several activities as you can see from the pics, but since we needed to head up to our second event, we just stayed for lunch. They served up Chick and sausage plates with the fixins’, and as usual at these events it was great. We met several CMA members while we were there from Canyon Lake chapter. We all had lunch together and they seem like great folks. There were quite a few clubs in attendance despite the heat. Personally I was glad to be in the car. Well, after lunch, and socializing, we headed off to our second activity, back in Austin for the annual Calaveras Coats for Kids benefit.

First stop was for DONUTS!
