Jim Vanderploeg is the Road Captain for our CMA chapter, New Life Riders. In addition to planning our rides, Jim also has the privilege of filling in for the pastor of his church when the pastor is out of town. We heard at the officers meeting that Jim was preaching this Sunday, so Debbie and I decided to go and hear him preach. Now Jim gets pretty animated when he talks, so we took lots of pictures. Unfortunately when Jim gets animated, not all of his facial expressions are particularly photogenic, so I have limited myself to publishing just these few. Oh, and I should mention that his sermon was really good, it was all about how we are to love everyone, by allowing God to love them through us. Good job Jim!

And, by the way, our actual first stop was for breakfast before church at our neighborhood DONUT PALACE 🙂
