Yes, it’s that time again! It is still a couple of months away, but mark you calendars for the Mudbug event of the year. Sometimes referred to as the Craw Fish Boil, it will be held Sunday afternoon on March 3rd, and will mark the 20th anniversary of this much anticipated event.
Debbie and I have attended for the last several years, and I can’t tell you how much I like the smoked sausage and potatoes they serve with the Mudbugs, and last year I actually had some Mudbugs for the first time, and they are pretty darn good. Kind of like little tiny lobsters that are pretty spicy, yum! Anyway, this has always been a family oriented event, with live music, door prizes and great food, and it is held right nearby at Hanover’s Draught Haus, located at 108 E. Main St., in Pflugerville. I look forward to seeing everyone there.
