We started out in Big Cup Restaurant, right next to our hotel for a hardy breakfast.  All I can say is the biscuits were as huge as the coffee cups. Next came the service, and some wandering around the campgrounds.  Don recommended the amphitheater, which we found, and it was really nice, right by the river.
