We wandered out to the old Cindi’s Hawg Wild (now Ironwood ice House) on Hwy 71 South for the Coats (and School Supplies) for Kids event put on by Calaveras MC. It was very well attended, probably because it is a good cause, or possibly because they had really good Beef & Shrimp or Chicken and Shrimp taco plates. They definitely had some spice to them. Very tasty. There were also several musical groups, including one of my favorites EBM (Execution By Music). They are very good, of course, but their theatrics really set them apart. If you have an opportunity to hear and see them perform, it will be well worth your time. Calaveras MC also decided to patch a couple of their prospects in at this event, so they asked one of the Bandidos to do a sort of “interview”. I can only say it was very entertaining. I don’t think I want to be interviewed by a Bandido. In the end it was all laughing and hugs. Welcome new full patched members. Janice joined us after a bit, and we had lunch, then after some music and the prospect excitement, we headed over to the Photo Booth for some fun shots. I think I look kind of scary, but what can I say, Debbie dressed me.
