This is what Christ has Done, is Doing and Will Do for me, and for you as one of His children.

You watch over me.
You give me everything I need.
You prepare for me a pleasant place to sleep.
Your desire for me is peace as I walk beside the bubbling brook.
You calm my anger in the midst of great difficulty.
You direct my steps to the good and righteous road, because You are good and righteous.When I am in great danger, I do not need to be afraid because You will protect me.
You wield the most powerful weapons against my enemies, so I can remain calm.
Even as I enjoy the banquet You have made for me, my enemies are held back and force to watch.
You have blessed me beyond describing.
You have given me more than I can possibly ever use.
You are a blessing to me even when I falter and when I fall, Your mercy covers me every day.
You have prepared a place for me in Heaven, that I might live with You Forever.

Finally, and most important of all, You have defeated death.

You died and rose from the grave that we might have Life.

Psalm 23
The Lord is my shepherd;
I shall not want.
2 He makes me to lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside the still waters.
3 He restores my soul;
He leads me in the paths of righteousness
For His name’s sake.

4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil;
For You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You anoint my head with oil;
My cup runs over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
All the days of my life;
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord
Forever.
