We had our monthly chapter meeting at IHOP this evening. Tim our usual server wasn’t there because he was in the hospital after a skirmish with a car while he was on foot. The good news is he will be fine, but until he finishes healing, he is going to be in pain from the bruising. It’s a long story, but suffice to say he will be back, it’s just going to take a few weeks. The meeting itself went well, we had several visitors, including two from Dallas, and a potential new member from Larado. We had lots of stuff to cover, including Don’s presentation of an award to Janice for all her years of service as the newsletter editor. That job has now been passed on to Dina, and she seems to be off to a good start.
