This morning I headed out to Buchanan Dam to the Renatus MC Hill Country Sweat Hog Rally held at Fuzzy’s Corner on Hwy 29. The temperature wasn’t too bad today, and you could always go into the AC in the bar to cool off if you got to hot. Renatus had a silent auction benefiting the Family Crisis Center. The lunch BBQ plates were only $7, and included all the fixins’, including Baked Chicken, sausage, beans and home made Potato Salad. All very taste. They were going to have bike games later in the afternoon, but I needed to head out to the Appreciation party at Texas Mist, hosted by the Bandidos. So, I bid my adue’s and headed back to Austin. Enjoy the pics;
Second stop today was down to Texas Mist for the Appreciation Party hosted by the Bandidos. This was a very laid back event, but it was well attended. Mostly just some good socializing with friends. I sat down at a table with Wes, Jason, Woody, Escondido Paul and others, and spent a couple of hours just talking and brainstorming about our mutual desire to see our rights as motorcyclists protected. Finally headed home around 5:30, and when i finish posting this I will be relaxing after a really good day.
