Geo and Slinky decided to take a ride today to the BLue Bonnet Cafe for some pie, and they invited myself, along with about 90 other people.  Turns out there were only 15 of us, but that was more than enough to fill up the Blue Bonnet Cafe. Had a nice comfortable ride in the morning on the way out, and the food was wonderful.  There can’t be anything healthy to eat there, it all tastes too good. Anyway, we headed back after what was effectively an early lunch, and managed to get home before the heat got too sweltering.

We went to Bike Night at Sams Town Point this evening, but it seems the Longhorn vs Wyoming game drew most people off. There were a few there, but attendance was quite light. We did talk with the waitress who had her iPad and was watching a play by play with occasional video clips of the game, but after a while, we remembered that we had U-Verse at home, and we could watch the game on the Long Horn Network channel, so we booked it home to watch the rest of the game.
